Your a speedster so get speed to at least 81, that should of been the first thing you did for ALG. After that get agility to 77-81, depending on your preference, then catching to the same. In the future you need to max out an attribute one at a time for the best end build.

I agree, agility is way more important than vision, plus your speed just isn't high enough
