Comparing the performance of a couple QBs on the same team I see some variance in performance that seem to be being caused by differing amounts of Pocket Passer and Quick Read....maybe.

To clarify it for me.

1) Does Quick Read reduce the number of hurries and sacks a QB suffers?

2) Does Pocket Passer nullify the effect of a triggered Hurry that will still appear on the player's statistics, or does the Hurry not happen at all?

The PPasser QB has more hurries yet a higher completion percentage and QB rating. The higher Quick Read QB has far less sacks and hurries.

u mean pocket presence first off bro and pocket presence just reduces the effects of the hurry on the qbs ability to throw an accurate ball

second off quick read just helps the qb get thru progressions quicker so in a round about way it could reduce the number of sacks and hurries

Okay thats exactly what it looked like. But with so many things being not what they seem I thought I would ask just to be sure.

How about the new Pump Fake? Ya'll think its still worthwhile or did the nerf render it not cost effective?

Quick read "should" be helping the QB identify the receiver that is in his progression and "screaming". I AM OPEN !

But instead the QB will probably just throw into triple coverage regardless of what you do :/
