Season 18 was a bit of time ago, do you think there might be something a tad more recent?

Yes, I know I asked ever. Now I'm refining my question.

I doubt it in more recent times, with most CPU teams there's been more blowouts that heavily involve kick and punt returning for Touchdowns. Perhaps in the Pro Leagues though where the level of competition is far higher there has been

Currently 8th in the Special Teams MVP race. He would probably have to force 2 fumbles a game for the remaining 3 to even sniff the MVP award.

No idea how this guy -> http://goallineblitz.com/game/full_player_stats.pl?player_id=2213787&playoffs=0 is ahead of him considering he's done nothing minus pancaking a handful of players.
