I wouldn't have gone for SAs yet, I'd advise holding off investing any more in them for a bit. If you want him to be successful now then by all means put a few more in to first step and quick cut, but in the long run it'll stop him from being as effective cause you're losing out on capping attributes.

Ultimately, you'll want your agility and catching to be around the same (at least in the 80s for both) but getting agility up first isn't a bad thing.

You're near softcaps in a couple of skills (catching, vision and agility) - make sure you're capping things before moving on. You'll get more gains and hopefully raise his effective level to above his level.

That said it's a fairly solid start.

Here's a list of the values.
http://wiki.goallineblitz.com/index.php/Ability_Softcaps

As an example, say you get 0.2 added on to your speed attribute every time you level up.
If your speed is 30, after five levels it'd be 31. It would cost you 1SP to get this gain normally.
If your speed is 50, after five levels it'd be 51. As this is above the first softcap of 48, this would cost you 2SP to get this gain normally.

Because of this it's best to get your primary attribute (speed, for most WRs) to the 5th cap (ish, depending on what you're going for) then get your next attributes (agility and catching, usually) to the 4th cap (ish).

This is less important if you're going to retire your player before level 79, but if you're building for the long run you should be doing a cap system.

Have I explained this okay?

To put it in context for your guy, you need to spend 5SP on vision to cap it at 48, 4 on catching to get it to 48 and 2 on agility to get that to 60, then you'll start getting more by way of gains each time you level up.
