Need more speed and agility. Also need to overhaul your equipment and have time it mainly focused on one attribute. Should not put a lot of skill points in special abilities at this time.

you actually may want to retire him and start over after this season, because the Returner archetype sucks for a WR - you dont even get any Auto Gains to catching...

end build, you want something like
Speed 140-160 (including Equipment)
Agility 85-90
Catching 85-100
stamina 60 or so
vision/jumping 55-70
Carrying 35-75 depending on your goals
str 40 is nice for Nerves of Steel VA

but really just focus on the main attributes first before spreading out your points
There is no single right answer, different agents will give you different opinions
