This is really in regards to D Leagues...I am specifically asking about the way that KR and PR are assigned.
It used to be that KR was assigned to the player with the highest speed on the team. PR was always the player with the highest carrying.
Is that no longer the case? Are there now other requirements that play into the depth chart assignment of KR and PR? Is KR now highest speed that meets a minimum carrying requirement? Is PR now highest carrying with a minimum speed requirement? Do players have to be non starters on O or D?
