My goal for everyone in this conference
Rule number 1 - All teams here are good enough to win, no team should go 0-16. If you go 0-16 you did not try enough and failed.
Rule number 2 - Don't let ANY team go undefeated. This conference should have enough good teams to at least give each team a loss. If a team goes 16-0 15 teams did not try enough and failed.
