it's a Speedster archetype - assuming it is your level 6 WR, but now I see that would be impossible with the build you posted, so it must be one of your multis

put your Skill Points into speed at least until it hits 77 (83 or 86 or 88 would be better if you are willing to be [patient)
multitrain speed/agil/catching/(vision or jumping)
