My first experience with a possession receiver.. have been trying to shrink the gap between the Level and the Effective level for some time, and simply have not been successful. Most of the points in the SA tree have come from advanced equipment.

Any recommendations to shrinking this gap? Thanks.

Due to the mathematics of the game and the age of the player, you will not be able to shrink that gap.

If you want that gap backwards (56/67), you'll need to boost and focus on getting your main attributes to high levels early in your career while neglecting the others, rather than building him balanced throughout his career. Find a build guide for further help.
