Back in 2011, that was working with chrome. Now, nothing. I don't know of a new version.
If you want to know ALGs to 79 easily, I suggest installing 115138 linked below which works on the player's skill point page.

The PVC will tell you the current value of your existing or simulated player according to Bort's SP value calculation. The SPE brings Bogleg's ALG's to 79 from the player page to the skill page, color codes the attributes, AND will rearrange the major/minor stars for a simulated build.
In short, they are informational helpers for the VPB, at least until I take a look at rewriting that so I can integrate all three scripts into one...
