I have a couple Elusive HB's that are level 32 and I was wondering what I should take for my Level 32 CEQ upgrade? My first thought was to take +1 Spin but then I started wondering if I should go with 3% fake chance instead. I'm still quad training and saving up BTs but when I do start working on AEQ I plan to go with 5% fake chance as my first piece if that makes a difference or not.
Spin. You can save yourself a crap load of sp if you have ceq and aeq into spin. I think you can get 10 or 11 into spin with out using any sp on it. Frees up sp for other sa's or more into your atts.
E: And if you do the 3%, it turns into 1.5% if you have a ceq into the same thing.
