Yeah im pretty sure people are capable of building 1400+ dots with SAs.. I know I'll have a HB of mine hitting 1460+

i was getting at that if they dont apply SPs to SAs they could be building up higher effective levels......just saying they have SAs is not indicative of showing a build. Your interpretation of "they have SAs" could be different then mine. They could have a total of 15 SP invested and perhaps that satisfies your requirement for having invested in SAs.

if effective level determined it all then Spaniard kings would not have been a first round loser last season. What is capable and what is best arent the same here.

im lolgm on that team so i know more than you and they have appropriate amount of SAs filled out.

If you knew anything at all about this game, its that lolEL doesn't mean much... Please go and look at WL and that will be justified (ie. tauts team ect)
