Well I didnt know where to make that post but my question is simple. I was out of GLB few seasons and I would like to know if changes were made for the SAs in term of when to spend SPs in SAs.

When we should start spend some SPs in SAs now. By level 20 ? 30 ? Is it worth it before?

Last....toward the end of your career. The game still has automatic level gains on your stats so spending points on SAs is not taking advantage of those.

After lvl 70

SA's are underrated at lower levels...
