Speaking from experience of watching a high agility/vision dot in coverage. They do still get faked, but when they do, it's a much smaller effect. Normally so much so that the defender still gets in for the deflection, not always, but most of the time.
This seems to be a reoccuring theme, just like the need for hazy to pick.
