My gut is telling me yes, but this question will make a big difference for me financially. I have a team with one of the weakest home game schedules that I can remember. If the season promo is still in effect in the playoffs, I will pay for it. If the season promos no longer work in the playoffs, I will save the money.

Yes they do. You can find confirmation of this on the tooltips for the promotion page (the little yellow boxes with question marks next to transportation and lodging and home game entertainment).
