I would guess Avoid Fumble is mainly for Running Backs whom job is rushing. Should I stick with the Avoid Fumble equipment for my Scrambling QB or just replace that Advance Equipment with the equipments of Pass Quality and Pass Distance? Since, Rusing QBs do not run much if at all.

No, see we are in a Rookie league and we already have a pocket QB, but being a double threat never hurts!

avoid fumble generally isn't used because there are just so many more options to make you better rather than just good enough of a player not to fumble. Plus the morale cascade likely means if you fumble that doing so more is going to be unstoppable unless you have uber confidence for some reason.

if you in rookie league you aint gettin AEQ yet anyways, so what is the point?

The point is it never hurts getting advance equipment.

Yes it does, if it is too early, by rolling for it you get less chances to get good pieces.
