No, you will still get them as long as you don't get more than 30. 30 is the max TP. you can have, and thats only if you are on a team.
Or you can set up auto training. But even that has it's limits.

Were there no tp earned on days 49 and 50?
I was inactive since Saturday and found I only gained 6 tp in 5 days
