In semi Pro what setting should the Qb have for his throwing style Bullet or not. I have bullet -90-95 and 100% pass to the open man and he still throws less than 50% verses good teams. Even with high percentage plays called.

you need to watch the sims and get a feel for how the passes look - also need to keep adjusting it based on QB strength and team catching skills, play with it at different settings during the offseason and see what works - you have it set pretty high obviously
