I totally want to answer this, but, what I say might get me in trouble.

you can use a prepaid visa. i used to.

You may have to go online and register the card first. Some cards may not be accepted. I have used vanilla visa & some of them have worked some have not.

you could also just videotape yourself burning the money, then cc it to the fed
