My DE is level 40 and I havent boosted for Season 28 so he will be LVL 43 start next season. Did I miss a boost or not, cuz all th eplayers on the team are lvl 42.?!

You're good, I have not missed any boosts and my 120 guys are level 40 sitting on three boosts too.

yup thats the way i do it. Youre gonna hit 79 anyway. might as well have the extra VAs.
