My player won a conference and league C'ships but they aren't showing in my managerial cabinet but showing in the players' Awards page Is it supposed to happen.How can I see them in the Manager or Home page.

It only shows up on your trophy case if you held a GM position with the team (not a lol-gm, but anything with a title such as OC,DC,STc,CFO etc)
You won't get a trophy in your trophy case, but look just below your inbox and alert buttons. You should see a couple ring icons, trophy icon and an MVP icon.
Not as good as a trophy but better than nothing.
