How high should it be to play the whole game? He would be just passing or handing off.

Depends, is it a 1 or 2 QB system? For 1 QB it is usually a good idea to get it to 68+. For 2 QBs ~61 will do.

I only went to 52 on mine and still end games with a gold energy bar in the high 80s. Normally I'd recommend 61, but anything above that is unnecessary whether in a 1 or 2 QB system.
