this off season should i take out a loan to build my stadium? or just build what i can and keep going?

I have paid for 3 corners, 2 end zones...

always borrow...just pay it back as soon as you sell the season tix

another question, if I take out a loan now and the offseason last longer than expected will I still have to pay it back in 10 days or will they give a break between dates 48 and - 8
