I'd go for +Catch%.

based on what? I figured since I'm catching the ball in the backfield most of the time and have to YAC the LBs, QC would be important

Why are you only catching balls in the backfield? Is he only used on screens? If so then quick cut would be better. Most Scat HBs are used on deeper routes as well.

Just get a %catch. Really needed.

EQ for QC is unnecessary because it is the very first in the tree.
