Elusive back, which ability is better... spin or juke?

My back "favors" the juke, but from a point distribution sake I have to pump points into juke just to raise spin anyways. Should I just focus more on juke or spin?

And from an on the field perspective, which is best?

Currently my build is 74 speed, 54 agility but I plan to get both of those up quite a bit.

Get aeq into spin. Problem solved. My scat has 3 into spin natty. Aeq helps alot.

At that level juke and head fake are going to fire more. As an elusive arch juke is a favored SA but you still want good spin. I don't think you should add sp to it until your speed and agility get up to 80s,90s. You can/should enhance them though equipment. jmo

Spin has become scarcer than it used to be.

10 in both imo. It takes a very efficient build plan and use of CEQ/AEQ
