Is there any way to contact somebody of any importance in this game with complaints? I know there is the support but I don't really feel thats what thats for. There is also forums but those are not direct by any means. Ive just been quickly moving towards the group of people frustrated with this game and considering quiting which really sucks because I love this game. So if I could get direct replys that would be awesome, anybody know of any way to do this?

We're always available to respond to feedback (positive or negative), and can pass comments on to someone specific, if that's what you're looking for.
