For the most part it is looking pretty close to what i expected.

OK here is my predictions on how teams will rank at the end of the regular season. Feel free to comment.

JBQ's Zeta mid season Conference Standings


1 (4) GD: Padre's Parrish 1294 (1275) - 9-0 a good mix of youth and vet dots. Looks like they might be up there on GD care list and are showing OPL they are a team to fear and are at the top of the list. they are a bit higher then i expected and have playoffs locked up.

2 (1) The LEGION's Gold Coast Vipers 1289 (1268) 7-2 They had 2 early loss when chemistry was lower. I would not be shocked if they are chilling until playoffs. They have a good mix of vet's and youth and have proven many times to be the team to beat in OPL zeta. Right where i expected as they lock up a playoff spot.

3 (3) Sumatra Seahawks 1267 (1255).- 7-2 always a contender and WL veteran team. They are looking very good as expected and a lock for playoffs.

4 (2) Black Hand Goal Line Mafia 1309 (1273)- 8-1 start, looking ok but a blowout loss to sumatra is very concerning. Nice mix of vets and youth. sure playoff team and up close to where i expected

5 (6) Sin City Silent Assassins 1287 (1288) - 7-2 this team has a good veteran roster and has won a lot of games. Should be a playoff team and will be interesting if they belong among the top contenders or not.

6 (8) Texas Hogsnakes - 1315 (1308) - 6-3 good team of mostly veteran dots. This team has very good EL but has fallen short against every contender they have faced. Either they are on cruise control or will be 1 and done in playoffs. they are about where i expected them to be

7(13) All Godly Wolverines 1359 (1297). 3-5 by far have best EL of OPL but question is can they game plan well enough to take this team to WL? They will only have 83 chem to start playoffs but with the schedule they have i see them making playoffs and then anything is possible. They are doing better then i expected in preseason.

8 (10) Razorback Nation 1250 (1241) - 6-3 good veteran roster. they are in the playoff hunt and have had some key wins but also some costly losses. They are about where i expected them to be

9 (5) PenIs land Barrio 1281 (1242) - 5-4 solid roster with a lot of youth. This team shows some signs of potential but have fallen short vs top contenders and need to be careful or they could miss playoffs. must be lower on hood cares. I thought for sure a playoff team but might miss out.

10 (7) Diamond Valley Devil Drivers 1230 (1223) - 5-4 solid veteran team but this next few games might take them out of playoff contention unless they get some upset wins. I expected them to be a bottom playoff team but looks like they might miss out

11 (9) Mayan Flood - 1249 (1247).- 4-5 huge win over sin city but need more huge wins to sneak into playoffs. Time to shit or get off the pot. Chances of playoffs will slip away of they don't get rolling now. I expected them to just miss playoffs.

12 (15) Smooth Criminals 1173 (1148) - 2-7 youth has made it few and far between to get wins. They are 1 or 2 seasons from being a contender and are out of playoff race. a bit higher then i expected but not by much

13 (14) Easter Island Moai 1205 (1202) - 2-7 a mix of youth and vets and are almost out of the playoff race. almost right where i expected.

14 (11) Davy Jones' Locker Pirate Ghosts 1284 (1220) - 1-8 horrible chemistry has taken its toll on them but a young talented roster. Not in playoff race. Are they just on cruise control until next season or will they try to get some upsets down the stretch? I expected them a bit higher but not much higher.

15 (16) Montreal Demolition - 1164 (1089) - 1-8 very young roster and is out of playoff race.figured they would be about here..

16 (12) Stockholm Black Death - 1084(1014). - 1-8 way to young of a team to compete with the big dogs but the fallowing season should be a contender. I think they are just waiting for next season TBH. no shot at playoffs. Pretty much what i expected.

Zeta Conference Standings


1 The LEGION's Gold Coast Vipers 1268- 62 after a 7-9 season in WL they have been in the CCG two straight seasons and likely are a top contender to be there once again. They have a good mix of vet's and youth and have proven many times to be the team to beat in OPL zeta.

2 Black Hand Goal Line Mafia 1273 - 55 - fresh off a 7-9 season in WL makes them a contender. Nice mix of vets and youth but bad chemistry and youth. could hurt them early. I expect some early loss but should be in prime by playoffs

3 Sumatra Seahawks 1255.- 82 - always a contender and WL veteran team. They will be in the playoffs but not sure they have the roster to go deep in the playoffs.

4 GD: Padre's Parrish 1275 - 65 - a good mix of youth and vet dots, will be a contender it just depends how high they are on the GD care list to see how hard they try.

5 Pen Island Barrio 1242 35 - don't be fooled by the name change, they are still a hood team. solid roster with a lot of youth but also horrible chemistry that will likely cost them some games early. Could be a contender come playoffs if the hood boys decide to concentrate on this team.

6 Sin City Silent Assassins 1288. - 92 - this team has a good veteran roster and great chemistry, if they can take advantage of that chemistry early they can make a push for playoffs

7 Diamond Valley Devil Drivers 1223 - 90 - solid veteran team that will fight for a playoff spot but won't go far in playoffs IMO

8 Texas Hogsnakes - 1308.- 50 - good team of mostly veteran dots and will contend for playoffs but could have some tough loss early on do to chemistry

9 Mayan Flood - 1247.- 76 - incomplete roster but it looks like they have the dots to fill the needs waiting to sign. Solid vet team usually in the hunt for a playoff spot and i see the same this season.

10 Razorback Nation 1241.-56 - good veteran roster but chemistry and older dots will hurt this team a bit. they will be in the hunt for playoffs but don't expect them to go far if they make playoffs.

11 Davy Jones' Locker Pirate Ghosts 1220 - 22 - horrible chemistry but a young talented roster. if they can survive the horrible chemistry and the slow start they will likely have they do have potential but they have their work cut out for them. If they make playoffs they have a shot and shocking some people.

12 Stockholm Black Death - 1014. - 99 - way to young of a team to compete with the big dogs but the fallowing season should be a contender

below here it really depends who fills out roster the best. if any of them do they have potential to climb out of the cellar

13 All Godly Wolverines 1297. - 58 - incomplete roster, they need to hurry up and sign some dots or they will be in for a rough season

14 Easter Island Moai 1202.- 58 - a mix of youth and vets. low chemistry and youth might make it rough on the team early on.

15 Guam Chamoros Rising Sun Devils 1148. - 56 - incomplete roster and low chemistry are going to be tough on this team. they need to get some dots to fill the roster or they will be in for a rough season

16 Montreal Demolition - 1089 - 95 - incomplete roster and very young. they will struggle unless they fill this roster

Thank you for positing this. The success is not that they are on the GD care list. It is that they are on the Padre's care list.
