No real point to First Step SA at all on an Elusive since the handoff is scripted and doesn't allow first step to fire, only time it'd come in handy is in running routes or after catching the ball if your dot stops.
I'm assuming you aren't building a scat back based on what you've said, so you'll find First sep nearly useless.
If you have to choose an SA for 2 AEQ's, then choose Juke.
Spin will only be marginally useful with 48 strength, like all of the other guys are saying, get it into the mid 60's or higher to really make Spin more useful to you.
You really want to maximize Spin, Juke, Quick Cut, an Head Fake in that order for elusive Sa's.
fwiw ive seen guys with 50 strength do reasonably well spinning. Not that I would condone 50 strength on a pure elusive, non receiving build tho.
I would also place pretty much every SA on both tree's and surge higher in usefulness than Quick Cut except First Step.
I have come to terms that builds have advanced beyond Quick Cut.
