How did your team do?

Everybody in KC seems to hate the DT we picked up in the first round. Personally I feel there are only 2 or 3 real NTs in the NFL. I also feel that true NTs are a requirement of the 3-4 defense. Basically, the 10 plus teams that run the 3-4 in the NFL are wasting their time without a true NT.
So we potentially got a true NT and we run the 3-4 defense. So KC may have a solid defense this season.

I know Todd (aka SanManTodd) was complaining about that at work today too.

Any time you can spend the #11 overall pick on the All C-USA Honorable Mention DT, you simply have to do it.
I'm a Cowboys fan, and I'm pretty happy with them moving up to get Claiborne. With the new salary structure for draft picks, it makes more sense than ever to trade up as high as you need to if you're targeting a guy you think has a chance to be elite, and if he really is the #1 prospect this year at CB, then I say it was worth it.
I was talking to a buddy of mine at work, and we came to the conclusion that the Cowboys have been pretty solid (except for a few like Quincy Carter, etc) DRAFTING people, it's just in signing free agents that they've killed themselves since Jimmy Johnson left (Joey Galloway, WR Roy Williams), but the free agents we got this offseason have been pretty solid too, so perhaps the Cowboys are ready to make a run at relevance again!

I think my Seahawks did pretty good. added some picks and got what we needed, DE, LB and a 3 string QB that has a chance to be good down the road. Waiting to see how they fill out the rest of their board today.
