Before i retire this guy could you all please critique and tell me whare i went wrong on him

When a dot has an effective level below their actual level it is generally a result of an ineffective use (or no use) of multi-training and failing to make the most of your automatic level gains. Until you get these things squared away you wont be able to build a top caliber player regardless of where you dump your points. If you would like a build guide I can pm you a decent outline though it wont be possession wr specific.

EQ in agility
Didn't take Catching high enough
Took agility too high too soon
Way too slow to be effective.

agility way to high. speed way too low. vision way way too low.

swap all of your eq. into speed and start dumping sp's into vision. then you might be able to salvage him.
