I am working on a pHB (currently lv 52/56) that will look approximately like this end build

Attributes
strength: 88
speed: Low 140's
agility: 83
stamina: 55
vision: 55
confidence: 55
carrying: 93

Special abilities
spin: 12
cover up: 10
power thru: 10
surge: 10

Question: I have used quick cut on players in the past, but am unsure of it's value on a pHB. Would it be worth trying to work quick cut (8-10) into this build and what would you reduce in order to free up the 20-30 skill points needed?

I am open to any other build thoughts or recommendations on this player as well.

i dont think you need carrying that high.83 end build should be plenty.if you do that alone you could get your SP for QC,or i would switch carrying and agility around.

also how often does spin fire for a pHB? does it fire as if he was a Elusive HB? maybe you could use the SP from spin for QC.

No...

You want to keep the carrying at 93. Definitely not switch carrying and agility.

I don't think you need quick cut... or swap spin for quick cut (:facepalm... and you probably don't need 10 cover up either.

Depending on how he is used, more stamina/confidence could be good, or more/other SAs

This is my first powerback, but I have seen spin used quite effectively on pHBs in the past and think it is worth the investment.

The points into cover up will likely be the last thing I add end of build. I know that pHBs can be fumble prone and I wanted to have to points set aside if he is looking to have a case of fumblitis. However I might not end up dumping any points into it. If I don't end up going that route do you have any other SA suggestions in place of it?

Stiff arm is another thing you need to look into. It fires enough to make it worth wild.
