Does Additional Ability 'Return Specialist' do any help for any position other than CB? Can this be used for a Returner WR?? What Additional Ability should this be replaced with?

Yes Return Specialist works as the additional VA for a Return Specialist WR. It only works when you are in the KR/PR spot though.
But it begs the question, why make a KR WR when you can make a CB KR for 200?
