The real answer to the OP's question is teams that want a slight advantage this season (and next) on day 40 at the cost of a Vet Point will wait until the playoffs to boost and will be one level higher than their competition. Teams that could give a fuck about getting one extra level this season since they'll get it back in the end but really want that extra VP in the end game will be boosting early.

Joe Webb will probably boost day 12 and get the worst of both worlds because he is pretty terrible at building dots.

What is boosting?

Obviously hes terrible seeing how he is affiliated with the Cobra Kaitards
