Lots of teams are moving down, dont see why you could not just take one of our places, or LUX

They can not swap until Day 42 and after the teams have been moved

Maybe you should send a message letting them know several teams are moving down and you would like to move from OPL to WEPL

Tried that. They said they cant do it until Day 42. Grrr
