Can anybody tell my how to improve my blocking STOP's? I have some STOP's that have over 100 blocking with the VA's. They whiff on gunner's and don't slow down anybody on ST's. I'm getting tired of wasting my money on flex for them. Any advice?

As far as return STOPs go, yes, you need blocking, but also speed and agility to engage and hold. Specifically against gunners (realizing that the absolute best are put at gunner), use defensive dots that have speed and agility over blocking. Thought is that they won't stop them initially, but will stay with them and pick them up later. Make it safety/LB on safety/LB

Seriously, OP, much of it is to do with your defensive set up on returns. Put your beefy blocking guys on the interior and back line (if they have vision and a bit of speed), the gunners on KO returns aren't blocked until second wave, just the way they line up at position 2 and 5

Dont use the ST archetype... anyone who is is wasting their flex... dual threat STOP suck... and tbh pure gunners are a waste too... if you are building a ST player (I hate the term STOP as it implies dual threat) and not selling out completely to be a pure blocker then you are doing it wrong.
