You need to keep dumping points into speed, get it to at least 81 before you put a Skill Point into anything else. You have too much agility, you can't efficiently train it, but if you use SP's to cap it now you'll lose out on the most valuable early level ALG's in the speed attribute. Hopefully you haven't put any SP's into agility yet.

ok so from here on out dump points into speed and train speed?

EDIT i just now blocked my stats for scouting reasons...big game today

Dump All Sp's in speed, to get it to 81... i wouldn't train speed at this point unless you can train it fully between caps. Just wait until you cap speed at 81, and then include it in your 4-way multi-train and train it over a few times.
