Assume this is a safe boost without loosing any XP's this season....looking for confirmation to share with the team

You might find other opinions, but it seems generally best to boost from 22 to 25 and 32 to 35 as soon as you can or in your case, perhaps day 0 after you train. That way you will get the extra VXP on day 1 as well.

you will lose out on a little XP. on one team im on i boosted from lvl 32 to 35 and everyone else waited till the end of the season. My guys are lvl 42.6 and every one else is lvl 43.1

While this is true, in the current system it's near impossible to not reach level 79 if you use all your boosts. The lost XP will mainly affect when you reach 79, not if. However that is something to consider, as you may not reach the same level as everyone else on the team.

You will definitely still hit lvl 79. The only advantage is hitting lvl 48, 56, 64 and 72 equipment a little earlier

........................Start at 0 xp's day 0 and boost to level 35
........................Day 6 = level 36 and 250 xp's
........................Day10 = level 37 and 125 xp's
........................Day15 = level 38 and 25 xp's
........................Day 20 = level 39 and 250 xp's
........................Day 24 = level 40 and 100 xp's
........................Day 29 = level 41 and 0 xp's

Day 30 thru day 40 = loss of 475 XP's for boosting day 0.....boosting only x2 = loss of 200 XP's......boosting x1 = no loss of XP's

wait till lvl 34 , boost to 35 , at lvl 38 boost to 40
