Can Overpower potentially be a double edged sword against a stronger defender?
Or is Overpower guaranteed to give some sort of bonus no matter what the relatiove strengths of blocker and defender are?
All it does increase the effect of Strength in the hold block roll.
Hypothetical (I don't know what the formula actually is):
Hold Block = (Strength*2) + (Blocking*2) + (Agility*1) + (Speed *.5) + (Vision * .5)
The VA would take the *2 to *2.3 (2*15%) for the strength portion of the formula.
I'm not 100% sure that's how it works but that's my basic understanding of it based on how Bull Rusher works.

November 25, 2011 Question Does the break block calculation include a term that compares the strength of the blocker vs. the strength of the blockee? If this is the case, does bull rusher alter this term as a whole, or just the strength of the blockee?
Answer Break block and block scores are a formula. The bull rusher skill just affects the strength portion of the formula.
