All it does increase the effect of Strength in the hold block roll.

Hypothetical (I don't know what the formula actually is):

Hold Block = (Strength*2) + (Blocking*2) + (Agility*1) + (Speed *.5) + (Vision * .5)

The VA would take the *2 to *2.3 (2*15%) for the strength portion of the formula.

I'm not 100% sure that's how it works but that's my basic understanding of it based on how Bull Rusher works.

November 25, 2011 Question Does the break block calculation include a term that compares the strength of the blocker vs. the strength of the blockee? If this is the case, does bull rusher alter this term as a whole, or just the strength of the blockee?

Answer Break block and block scores are a formula. The bull rusher skill just affects the strength portion of the formula.

Am I being too literal? Is this only active vs the "pass rusher" defensive archetypes or good against any dot that is pass rushing. Worried that my ROT won't be able to use it against contain DE's

Yes you are being too literal/narrow in interpretation. Any player rushing the QB when he is attempting to pass is a pass rusher.

Well you never know TBH with the way they like to purposely use confusing language in this game. Would love clarification from an Admin.

Is this accurate? Reduced chance of pancakes making these new VAs necessary to every OLineman, bWR, bTE and bFB, but still cakes won't be as abundant as in previous seasons.
