we purchased some earlier this offseason and it went through next day no problem.
we got ticket sales and tryed to purchase more,it still hasnt been built...
when will the next improvments be constructed?

Seats are built instantly.
Stadium sections are constructed on turnover from one season to the next.

For adding sections, yes. Those only happen on rollover between seasons.

Adding seats can be done at any time. However keep in mind that for most of the time you build your stadium, you will get less return on investment, or at least a slower return, than you get from sections.

Personally i'd suggest spending every last penny you can buying sections. If you have extra money and cannot build any more sections, then go ahead and buy seats.

And don't forget to take out a loan if you need extra cash to buy another section before rollover.

Seats are instantanious, sections are at rollover into the new season, but get all your sections done, before buying seats

yeah i made the mistake with the seats in the begining but i just took out a loan and got two more sections.

NP. Your next task is to make sure to get your ticket prices near where they need to be to sell some tickets, turn off the season ticket discount and pay back the loan asap.
