You need to send Catch22 and support a PM and tell them this League Tier needs to be resorted. The more PM's they receive, the more likely they are to do something. I sent one, but one isn't going to get their attention.

Make sure you read my other threads guys. This tier is vastly screwed up. Moving down isn't just a given. league#2 is actually the toughest. Make sure you are moving to a weaker League before you switch.

Looks like your League is pretty weak. You are going through a lot of effort to convince us otherwise. With only 13 teams over 1000 and zreo teams over 1200, that's not that strong after all. League #2 is the toughest League followed by League #1 then League #5. League #4 is the weakest, and I'd say it is a toss up between League #6 and League #3 who's weaker after League #4
