Looks like my K is starting to bite the farm. Should I just retire and start over again or can he be salvaged? What should I do differently this time or the next?

I would start over. I would recommend not investing an SPs into SAs until level 50ish. You have plenty of time to pum up your SAs. Also all your equipment should be in kicking

Where is all his eq? If he's going to play next season, get all equipment in kicking. However, there is no way to salvage and it will get much worse. Sorry to bring bad news.

Next time:

1. Technician is a good choice for at, stay with that. It gives you Kicking, Confidence and vision as majors.
2. From the start train then cap kicking and keep going. put all sp into kicking until it hurts. Natural 85 is the minimum stopping point.
3. Run confidence up to 83-85. All depends on how high you want your lesser attributes.
4. run Vision to about the same level as confidence 83 or so
5. push strength to at least 80
6. Follow up by single capping jump, speed, agility.
7. With AEQ there is no need to spend more than 15 sp in SAs - assuming 3 AE, although I'd target 4 if only for the +3 kicking.
