I build some of the best CB's in this game, without a doubt. My own defense on my old team was always top 5 and sometimes even #1 secondary in my leagues. The thing to note however is this CB was NOT slowbuilt so his effective level does not look as good as some of my other CB's. But overall, hes still built the same, and would probably be the best CB on any roster, at worst 2nd best, so he should probably be a starter. Will consider #3 spot on a championship team however, as my CB's have won championships and led thier teams in pass deflections in years they won it all.
