Am I headed in the right direction on this guy? I'm assuming I need to start pumping agility into him. Which cap should I go to?

Currently training Agility/Vision/Catching/Jumping.

Since your catching is already at 73, I would take it to the 84, then agility to either 84 or 81.. I prefer capping agility 2nd and catching 3rd but to each their own. After that start spending SP on jumping.
