Hello, I'm new in this game and I've decided to train a CB. What skills should I improve now? And I don't understand what are those Special Abilities.

Thanks for your answers

STOP! Only put the SP into speed. Unlock quad-training and UNLOCK vision, jumping, (conf or stamina), and agility as the #1 trainee. EQ into one attribute. You should quad-train until at least lvl 45 if not 60 or forever for some. Once you hit the 10:1 cap for speed (88ish), switch SP into Agility and get it to the 10:1 cap as well. When you move to dropping SP into agility, you should switch it out with either stamina or conf in your quad training. Keep reading the FAQs and Player Guides. Look at boards for bad builds getting flamed, youll figure it out.

Basically my goal for a CB is to get all attributes as high as i can because the only real skill that counts is tackling, catching is a very minor concern IMO.

Also consider retiring him and rebuilding him on day 40-41. Thats how you hit potential.

You're going overboard on speed and agility here, but the basic premise is good.

Thanks for the answer man, I'll try to follow that plan when I retire this season.
