What can I do to make him more effective in the offense? I thought he would beast as he got older, but he actually seems to be going backwards in his in game play.

What should I have my tactics set at? What should I focus on? Anything the offense should do different?

Is that enough agility to use super agility and run creative routes?

Not sure where to start at. Not sure the OC knows what to do with you....besides get rid of you at the end of the season. You should have gone strength, agility, speed, catching in that order. Strength should be in the order of at least 93 at this point and done training. Agility should be pushing 80 while continuing to add SP to at least 85. Others will disagree with the order of capping but I think you pretty well screwed the pooch on this guy.

Well you basically gave me no advice and didn't answer any of my questions.

I didn't cap strength first.. because I don't want that to be his strong suit... I had invisioned an agile, fast, good pass catching TE that could get open in the middle.

Anyone else want to actually try helping?

Well I thought I had given you your answer politely. If you want help go back and read the build guide. My advice....nothing can be done...just retire him.

The problem is that to run Super Elusive effectively you need a LOT of speed. Which you don't have.
High agility has proven to not be very beneficial in this sim except on D-line. Sometimes what you WANT things to be like differs from what they ARE like. I too created a high agility dot thinking he'd be super quick and agile, but without speed, agility means nothing except when it comes to breaking blocks. He's too slow to be an effective receiver. He's too slow to be able to get any yards on a screen pass. He's too weak to be an effective blocker. He doesn't have enough catching or jumping to be a possession threat on short yardage situations.

Tincan told you what you should have done because what you did do can't work in the current sim because of the way speed is over-valued by the sim. It's not that you're a bad builder, because the dot is decently built, but it's that the dot is out of touch with the nature of the sim. There isn't much an offense can do differently to use a dot like your's. He'll be blanketed by whoever is covering him because he's too slow to maintain any seperation he manages to create using his agility. and because he'll be blanketed by coverage he'll be forced to fight with any Defender nearby to make the catch. But you have really low catching to make catches in traffic and also low jumping, so your dot is incapable of running any route that could have a moderate success rate.
On top of that TE screens are broken and usually end up with TFL's or multiple broken tackles on other TE's, so yours will unfortunately only fair worse.

He will continue to slide backwards as defenses get better and coverage gets tighter. I know it's hard to hear it, but if you want to salvage this you'll have to switch all EQ to speed and then take speed to 84 which will burn a lot of SP's which you can barely afford right now. from there you'll need to take catching to 77 and then get Strength, Carrying and Stamina into a multi-train ASAP along with possibly catching while you work on speed. This dot will never be great at the higher levels, he may never even be "good," but if you want to stop the downwards slide this is what you'll need to do... otherwise retire.
