What are your strategies for VA's on young scat backs? I typically push some equipment into stamina early in the build to keep them a little competitive. For the first batch of vet pts, is it better just to throw those into Second Wind or put them into Speed or Agility bonus?

I did second wind. He normally doesn't get enough plays to really run out of stamina, but he doesn't have much hope of tackle breaking yet, his other stats are too low to really take advantage of any speed boost. and because the other stats are low I don't really feel that other attribute boost VAs would do enough. So Second Wind isn't a great choice, but better than any else I could think of.
