These are my first powerbacks and am planning on 4 pieces of AEQ. Is it still best to have 2 pieces of break tackle or is better to have 1 BT and 1 something else since the changes to %AEQ? Thanks!

I don't think there is a straight forward answer to this.
You could always use the CEQ slots for +BT % along with 1 AEQ.

I'll give you a tip. Go bt%+advoid fmbl%+pt+lts. Power backs are fumble prone... Big time. Was why I dropped mine. Had 90+ str 80+ car and was putting the ball on the turf like it was going out of style.
