At what level should a kicker start putting skill points into his SA's

Well, seeing as a kicker should have at least 3 AE, one in each SA, you only need to take a given SA to 3 natural to have 10 endgame assuming you buy CE. So...I'd say wait until the end, level 70+. Def don't do it before you're done spending points in the big 4.
