Is it necessary at all?

Is it required for SAs to fire effectively e.g. Spin, Juke, Head Fake? I have gone quite extreme on Speed and may not be able to put much into Jumping, Confidence and Strength and so may pick two to invest in. I'm thinking that Strength may be the least important of the 3.

Would Strength in the mid-30s by end build be a problem?

no, strength is the most important of those three. Bare minimum 60 IMO for a scat back, preferably 68. I don't put too much stock into jumping, honestly. To get your SA's to fire, you need a good combo of agility, strength and carrying.

Strength is very important for alot of things, such as breaking tackles, avoiding fumbles, securing catches, and SA's fire rate. As KC said 68 is perfect.

OK, thanks. I can get Strength to 60 easily if I pass on another of them. So Jumping of 30ish would be OK if Catching was 70ish?

I'd go at least 40 on jumping to have the option to get Ballhawk, you may not get the boost to Speed because of leading, but you still get that boost to AGI and VIS. WIthout it, you are giving not only the speed advantage, but AGI and VIS as well.
