What do think of adding a bonus percentile( SA,VA,AEQ) if a QB completes a string of passes ( 3 or more passes) thrown in the air over 5 yards . This would exclude screens and YAC from the receiver when the QB is "on fire"?

Sounds like a reasonable VA. Though would allow screens as well. Something like .5 % (up to 2 %( .5% + .1% per level of va) )unmodified bonus to pass quality,per additional completion, to all throws after 2 completions, and 1 to 8.5% (1 +.5% per level of va)bonus to confidence, resets after an incomplete pass.

I would think it would add to a QB's confidence

Like the one for kickers? Could be a good idea, but balancing issues might be a problem.

I like the idea of it boosting confidence with each successful reception in a row.

I think confidence would have such a mimimal effect that it would be far from useful though. Obviously a PQ% increase would need A cap to avoid first quarter screen spamming then going deep, maybe 20% that would put passing back to where it was before aeq nerf roughly if you make a 10+ string of completions.
